Laundering Guide Bed Pads:
Reusable Washable
HOME USE
How do I
launder washable reusable bed pads for home use?
If you wash your bed
pads incorrectly the product life will be much shorter.
Here are a few
tips for washing and drying your bed pads in your home laundry:
-
Too much bleach
will cause the bed pad to have a shorter life. It is best to use
oxygenated bleach it will help extend the life of the bed pad.
-
Make sure you wash
the bed pads with the proper load levels - they should be washed and
dried with about 85% capacity in the machines.
-
After the normal
drying cycle dry on a cool temperature for about 5 minutes. Remove
the bed pads promptly from the dryer.
-
We DO NOT
recommend using fabric softeners. They will reduce the absorbency
of the bed pad. Never use fabric softeners with polyester
products. Polyester products will not absorb liquid if they are
used.
